For the first in Andhra Pradesh, Quantum Speciality Diagnostics has successfully and astoundingly completed Two day Workshop on ISO-20658:2023

Quantum Speciality Diagnostics is a leading diagnostic centre in Visakhapatnam. Quantum is having its branches in and around Visakhapatnam. Already branches functioning at HB Colony, (Corporate), Zilla Parishat, Gajuwaka, Sujatha Nagar and Yendada.
Apart from the above, Quantum is having branches at Tekkali, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam also.  Proposed to start new branches at Anakapalli and Narisipatnam also.
Quantum Diagnostics is headed by Dr M. Upendra Srinivas, MD DM, Managing Director & Dr P. V. Sushma, MD Radiation Oncologist. 
To create awareness about good phlebotomy practices and recommendations for the collection and transport of samples intended for medical laboratory examinations, FIRST TIME IN ANDHRA PRADESH, this program is arranged by Dr M. Upendra Srinivas, Managing Director,  Quantum Speciality Diagnostics, Visakhapatnam  arranged this Workshop
Main objective  is” Requirements for the collection and transport of samples for Medical laboratory examinations.”
The interactive workshop based on case based learning will enlighten on laboratory pre-examination processes that include the examination request, patient preparation and identification, sample collection and transport.  It can also be applicable to some biobanks.  Upon completion the participant will be able to implement processes and procedures to fill ISO 15189:2022.
This ISO Workshop scheduled on 21st and 22nd June 2024 a two day workshop.

Prof Dr. C. N. Srinivas, Group Director,Dept of Laboratory Medicine , Kauvery hospital , Chennai and Dr N. Shwetha from Bangalore, Dr M Roopa Latha, Dr Tulasi Sathyendra & Dr Priyanka from Visakhapatnam.
More than 70 candidates from various institutes in Visakhapatnam and other places also have been participated in this program and actively participated.
Certificate will be presented to the delegates after completion of the 2 DAY program.
